We built the lab we wished existed.

Clinicians have spent years choosing between three things they shouldn't have to: speed, cost, and quality. Cheap labs were slow. Fast labs were expensive. Premium labs locked you into subscriptions and minimums.

SuperbDent was started to refuse that compromise. We manufacture every appliance in-house in the United States, on a single pipeline that runs from a HIPAA-compliant scan upload to a two-stage quality inspection. No outsourcing, no middlemen, no hidden fabrication partners.

    A trained technician maps the treatment plan and prepares geometry for fabrication — never an automated black box.

    In-house print

    State-of-the-art 3D printing on BPA-free TPU resin. Tight wall-thickness tolerance (0.030″ ± .002).

    Two-stage QA

    Every appliance passes manual inspection plus a final fit and finish check before it leaves the floor.
